Our Class rhythm
Little Movers movement rhythm:
At Little Movers, we explore a different movement focus each week, including climbing, balancing, jumping, rolling, swinging and throwing. Each session is thoughtfully designed to encourage children to move in a way that feels natural, playful and confidence-building.
Our themes run on a gentle six-week cycle, meaning children can join at any time while still experiencing a wide range of activities. With a consistent structure and ever-changing setups, little ones are supported to explore at their own pace while gradually developing coordination, strength and a love for movement

FAQ's
What if we can’t attend a session?
We completely get that anything can happen with kids. Our bookings are non-refundable, but where possible we offer a transfer to another session.
Can I bring a younger sibling?
Babies in arms are very welcome to attend with you.
For little ones taking part, Children must be 18 months (Minimum) and confidently walking to get the most out of the class. The sessions are best suited to children aged 2-4, where the activities are just right for their stage.
Do parents stay during the session?
Yes — all children must be accompanied by a parent or carer, who stays with them throughout the session.
What should my child wear?
Comfy clothing that allows your child to move freely are best. Bare feet during the sessions & easy to put on shoes are recommended.
What if my child is shy or unsure?
That’s completely okay.
Children are free to explore at their own pace, and there’s no pressure to take part in anything. We provide a quiet activity area at the end of the gym for children who are happier observing.
Can I take photos during the class?
Photography is permitted during sessions but only of your own child.
Parents must ensure no other children are included in photos unless consent has been given by the parent/carer the child is attending with.
Do you run all year round or term time only?
Little Movers runs during term time only, following the local school calendar. This means there are no regular sessions during half terms or school holidays.
That said, if there’s enough interest, we may offer the occasional holiday session — we’ll always share these in advance so you can join if it works for you.
If your 5 Class Pass runs over a school holiday period, don’t worry — we’ll extend your pass so you still have the full amount of time to use your sessions. This means you won’t lose any classes due to breaks in the schedule
